In WoW Forever, a druid wearing all five Fang pieces from Wailing Caverns turns into a snake. The set is called Embrace of the Viper and it existed in Classic, but in Forever it gains two new bonuses and, according to Wowhead, a hidden look: the cat form becomes a snake, with a different color depending on the race.
The five pieces and who drops them
All of them drop in Wailing Caverns (level 15-28).

The gloves do not come from a boss: the Druids of the Fang spread around the dungeon carry them. The three Lords and Lady Anacondra are the cave's four serpent bosses.

The snake
The five-piece tooltip talks about Dream Venom, not the snake. The transformation is a hidden effect Wowhead found: with the full set, the druid's cat form looks like a snake, colored by race and with its own Prowl animation. We have not seen it in game yet; when we do, we will show it here.
