How to share your UI
- Press Esc and open «Edit Mode».
- Pick your layout in the «Layout:» dropdown.
- Click «Share», then «Copy to Clipboard».
- Paste it into the guild board with a screenshot of your screen.
How to import a UI
- Copy the string with the button on the card.
- In game, press Esc and open «Edit Mode».
- In the layout dropdown, click «Import».
- Paste the string where it says «Paste layout code here», name it and accept.
- Click «Save and Exit».
What we publish
- We link public WoW Forever UIs to the page where their author published them, with their name: you copy the string and see the screenshot there.
- The ones authors send us through the guild board, with their permission, we host here with the string to copy and the screenshot.
- Only Edit Mode layouts and addon profiles that store settings (EllesmereUI, Myslot and similar). No WeakAuras or ForeverAuras: they can carry code.
- If you're an author and would rather we didn't link yours, tell us through the guild board and we'll remove it.
Beta caveat: a client bug stops many addons from saving their settings, and importing and exporting their profiles fails with it. Edit Mode layouts are part of the game and don't depend on that bug.
