Where to level from 30 to 40 in WoW Forever once the beta raises its cap: zones with their levels, dungeons (including the new Drowned City and Krol'dok Stronghold), why there are no new quests, and what changes at level 40. The beta currently stops at 30.
The full 1 to 60 route in WoW Forever, stretch by stretch: which zones fit your faction, which dungeons suit each level (the new ones included) and what changes along the way. Using the beta client's levels and Blizzard's official ones, and saying which part you can't play yet.
