How to raise it
The client only says what each standing gives, not how to raise it. We'll add it faction by faction, with sources.
Factions, reputation standings and rewards come from the beta client (build 1.60.1.70235). Official Spanish names come from the client; those without a translation yet are shown in English in italics.
