Grund and Gozwin is a new WoW Forever quest in Dun Morogh, the dwarf and gnome starting zone. You can pick it up from level 4, and it rewards a 6-slot bag in your first minutes of play, when every slot counts. It wasn't in Classic: Wowhead's database lists it as added in patch 1.60.1, the Forever beta build.
Where do you get Grund and Gozwin?
In Coldridge Valley, the Dun Morogh starting area around Anvilmar. The quest giver is Grund, who shares a camp with his gnome friend Gozwin in the hills to the northwest of the valley. The quest text tells the story: a snow leopard attacked Gozwin while Grund was busy with a boar roast, and Grund scared it off with his shotgun.
Wowhead files it under Anvilmar and hasn't published coordinates for the camp yet. We'll add them here when it does.
What do you have to do?
Two things, both at the camp in the northwestern hills:

Then head back to Grund, who both gives and completes the quest. It's sharable, so you can do it as a group.

One change from Classic worth knowing: in Forever, if you have an empty bag slot, a new bag equips itself. No need to open your inventory.
Levels, per Wowhead's database: it's a level 6 quest, available at level 4, and it turns grey around level 12. Do it as soon as it shows up.
Are there similar quests in other starting zones?
Not confirmed. Wowhead expects each starting zone to have one, but as of today Grund and Gozwin is the only new bag quest we could verify: the Canvas Latchbag drops from nothing else in the Forever database.
Wowhead also mentions Carry Your Weight as another bag quest. We checked: it's a regular Classic quest from the watchtower at Razor Hill (Durotar), which already rewarded a Handmade Leather Bag for canvas scraps dropped by humans and centaurs. It's still in Forever, but it isn't new.
If more turn up during the beta, this guide will be updated.
Why a 6-slot bag matters
Because in Forever starting bags are the same as always, as Blizzard confirmed in the beta interviews. What does grow is the bank: according to Wowhead, it goes to 48 slots and 8 bank bag slots (the rest of what Blizzard said about inventory is in the beta interviews). So the first levels are still tight on space, and a free bag at level 4 makes a difference.
